Nearsighted Only: Match your exact prescription (e.g., -3.00 glasses = -3.00 mask).
With Astigmatism: Use formula: Sphere + (Cylinder ÷ 2). (e.g., -3.00 Sphere with -1.00 Cylinder = -3.50 mask).
Different Eyes: Choose the weaker prescription closer to zero (e.g., if eyes are -2.00 and -3.00, choose -2.00).
Between Sizes: Always round down closer to zero (e.g., for a calculated -3.25, choose -3.00).
High Prescriptions (-5.00+): Step down by -0.50 as water magnifies vision (e.g., calculated -6.00 = -5.50 mask).

Very comfortable, and the lenses certainly make my vision clearer. much much much better than others i have tried. supplied wjth big, medium, small nose bridge pieces - so if your eye prescription is very different between eyes, you could buy 2x pairs and make up a custom set

I bought goggles with the prescription for my stronger eye, and they work really well! I can actually see the clock and the display board at the pool for the first time! A good quality product at a great price.

The item matches the description and seems of good quality. I ordered two pairs (one with -3.5 lenses and the second with -2 lenses). By combining these 4 lenses, I got two pairs with a correction of -3.5 on the left and -2 on the right, which matches my prescription. The visibility is not as good as with my prescription glasses, but I suppose that's normal with simple plastic lenses.
