Nearsighted Only: Match your exact prescription (e.g., -3.00 glasses = -3.00 mask).
With Astigmatism: Use formula: Sphere + (Cylinder ÷ 2). (e.g., -3.00 Sphere with -1.00 Cylinder = -3.50 mask).
Different Eyes: Choose the weaker prescription closer to zero (e.g., if eyes are -2.00 and -3.00, choose -2.00).
Between Sizes: Always round down closer to zero (e.g., for a calculated -3.25, choose -3.00).

I can finally see something underwater

Perfect!. the best swimming goggles ever. for open water swimming is amazing how clear view it is. now i can swim in a straight line and see the buoys and far distance references. lol

Received in non-protective packaging and the cardboard box is damaged. The glasses are, however, protected in bubble wrap. They sit well on the face but pull a bit on the eyes. I need to test them in the pool to verify the waterproofness. The shipping times are very accurate: arrived before the expected date.
